Construction Contract Administration

During the construction phase of a project, ArcPATH Project Delivery can provide on-site representation for owners or architects. Our extensive background in construction gives us the ability to build consensus between the owner, architect and contractor. During this phase of the work we will:

  • Conduct pre-construction meetings

  • Coordinate utility services and governmental requirements

  • Establish systems and procedures for communication between team members

  • Define protocols for progress payment applications, flow of essential documentation and processing of approvals

  • Verify submittal review among Client's consultants

  • Develop proposals for testing and inspections laboratories

  • Coordinate project close-out and post-occupancy reviews

  • Coordinate tenant improvements
